The Webinar on the Role of Nurses and Midwives in Supporting Mental Health in Family Planning was held from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on 7 January, 2026 at Myanmar Nurse and Midwife Council (MNMC).
Daw Nwe Nwe Khin, President of MNMC delivered opening remark and presented Role of the Nurses and MIdwives in Supporting Mental Health and Psychosocial support in Family Planning. Daw Hla Hla Aye, Joint Secretary of MNMC, discussed Role of the Nurses and MIdwives in Providing Psychosocial Support at the primary Health Care Level. A total of about 400 nurses and midwives attended the Webinar. The attendees can have a Certificate of Attendance, which provides 3 CPD points upon request to MNMC.
